Asian dining is an experience involving all of the senses. From the moment you approach Bonsai Bistro, you will immerse yourself in all things exotic. The trickle of a waterfall and the running stream that surrounds the enclosed outside dining area at the contemporary restaurant invite you to slow your pace and enjoy the scenery. Once inside the spacious entry, done in classic Japanese décor, the serenity of Asian hospitality enfolds you.
Bonsai Bistro offers three inside dining areas. Just off the entryway, an eating bar extends from the bar at the far side of the room. The lower dining room features tables on a central island surrounded by the popular koi pond or dining on the perimeter of the room with views of the resort and marina. In the upper dining room, a traditional rock garden takes center stage, with tables spaciously arranged. Tables alongside picture windows in this room offer expansive views of the lake. Also, recently added is the popular sushi bar located at, offering the freshest seafood in town, flown in daily.

Wild Mexican white prawns, wok fried with roasted sea salt & black pepper, then tossed with a very aromatic ginger/garlic black bean & onion stir fry. Served with a spicy mustard lime cilantro dipping sauce.

Panda's Pad Thai $9.00
Our take on the classic dish from Thailand. Sous Chef Panda (Chris Chung) has taken the traditional spicy tamarind peanut sauce to a new level with wok sauteed chicken, shrimp and locally made savory tofu from Small Planet Tofu. Vermicelli rice noodles make this dish a comforting local favorite.
